A structured pathway from assessment through intensive training to open employment — each phase building on the last.
Every trainee begins with a thorough assessment of their needs, abilities, and goals. This informs a personalised training plan covering hygiene, safety, money management, home management, vocations, problem solving and judgment skills.
The core programme lasts two years, covering all assigned disciplines through hands-on daily practice. The programme may be extended by one year for those who benefit from advanced training — with no one left behind.
After completing training, individuals are given employment and placed within the community — accompanied by training in areas specific to each person, such as taking specific bus routes to their workplace and dressing appropriately.
After adequate training, Swayamkrushi encourages graduates to seek open employment in the community. Many have made their mark across industries.
